Traveling Space A on military aircraft is very glamorous and comfortable. Here Beth is in her sleeping bag on a C-17.

Volunteers greet all the planes and servicemen and women returning from the Gulf at BWI (Baltimore) Air terminal and provide a rousing cheering greeting.
They met our plane coming in from the Gulf and Ramstein, Germany at 2 am. Great job, guys, and thanks. The first time we were greeted there I felt embarrassed to be in the group of active military being cheered, but my wife pointed out that it was also a welcome home for Vietnam Vets and all who served.
So thank you everyone involved.
